Didirikan oleh Agoes Soemarsono dimana dalam karirnya berpengalaman sebagai manager proyek di bidang kontraktor sejak tahun 1995. Seiring berjalannya waktu pada tahun 2021 mendirikan PT. Magneto Asia Gemilang. Kami telah berpengalaman dalam pembangunan gedung hotel, mall, pabrik, villa, kantor, ruko, sekolah, restoran, pasar modern, kolam renang, rumah tinggal, dan lain-lain.
